"+ Ruhige Lage, nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Koumassi angrenzend an Marcory + Geräumige Wohnung, angenehm bequemes und grosses Bett (eher hart), gutes Wlan, Klimaanlage, TV + Balkon, mit Waschmaschiene und Reinigungsutensilien zum selber Putzen, + Küchennische mit moderner Einrichtung, + Nasszelle Dusche/WC mit warm Wasser, und mit Multiduschbrause + Helle Wohnung durch das Küchenfwnster und die Balkonfensterfront mit Blick in den kleinen Innenhof + Einfacher Check-in Check-out über Schlüsselbox, wobei für den Check-in jemand vor Ort sein muss um das Haupttor und die Treppenhaustür zu öffnen + Bezahlung vor Ort einfach möglich an einem der zahllosen Wave/Orange/MTN Ständen + Der Host Dominique ist über Whatsapp gut erreichbar. Er ist sehr reaktiv, freundlich und hilfsbereit"
"- Der Badetuchhalter im Badezimmer ist etwas lädiert und es gibt im Bad nur wenige Ablageflächen; auch der Spiegelschrank des Waschbeckens bietet nicht viel Platz - Der Einbauschrank zwischen Eingangstür und Badezimmer ist etwas Renovationsbedürftig und die Türgriffe fallen bald wieder ab + Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten absolut zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Eine der besten in dieser Gegend."
