"The place was extremely peaceful. I booked a 4 person shared room and I was alone in that room for most of my time there."
"Even though the staff was kind and supportive, there were a couple of mixups with the tours that they booked for me and sometimes I got the feeling that I may have been bothering them in getting some of these things figured out."

"Excellent location, close to everything. Half a block away from Caracoles street. The staff were super friendly, our plans changed last minute due to unforseen weather conditions and they were very understanding and willing to help us out. Our room had a heater which was great for the cold winter nights. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was quite good, and they packed some breakfast to go on the days we had to leave early for a tour. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This location is incredible. If you are looking for the best location to do tours this is the place. In addition if you are looking for shared dorm rooms this place is the best hostel in San Pedro. The owners and staff are all so friendly. Lots of restaurants and everything is right outside the door."

"Just a few steps from the main Street Caracoles. Nice staffs, clean rooms, nice service, staffs always worried about your next they trip to keep your breakfast ready to take away early morning next day. Really appreciate it!"

"The location is perfect, one of the best in the region. You're just a few steps away from everything. Even in the shared room, towels are provided and changed quickly, and the bed is made. The cleanliness is also impeccable. Additionally, the kindness and help from the Hostel staff was outstanding. The place also features a comfortable common area, well-equipped kitchen, and included breakfast. I experienced issues with my arrival time, and yet they were very understanding and accommodating with check-in. The same flexibility applied to check-out."
"While the rooms and bathrooms are small, it didn't hinder my experience at all. One suggestion I'd make is considering the addition of female-only dorms. Currently, there are three shared rooms, all mixed. There's potential to designate one as female-only accommodation."
