"Ubicación muy buena. El depto tenía todo lo necesario para preparar el desayuno, café, te, azúcar etc . Datazo importante.: Sandra nos envió fotos del edificio y toda la data del estacionamiento junto con mapas de cómo llegar a los sitios turísticos y de interés y una tarjeta BIP para manejarnos en subte junto con las instrucciones para viajar y las estaciones donde bajar. Genial"

"-La relación calidad / precio - comodidad espacioso - cuenta con ingreso vehicular cerrado - se encuentra a 8 minutos de la playa las torpedas una de las más lindas de la región y a 15 minutos de el centro de Viña del Mar - la propietaria se mostró muy amable y atenta - vista parcial al puerto desde el balcón Recomendamos mil Veces . =)"

"Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, had plenty of blankets and the shower was good and we liked having kitchen facilities and a dining table to make our breakfasts. Sofa and lounge chair were comfortable but had seen better days. Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Heating runs off a central thermostat so we had to ask for it to be turned on once when it got particularly cool and windy but for the main it was great. Hostess was very.welcoming and her son Rodrigo speaks perfect English should your Spanish not suffice. Any questions or requests were addressed very promptly. Location is a little away from the main downtown but it's just a short walk and you can avoid the hill if ypu go a certain way. It was very quiet at night."

"We really liked the location, close to shops and subway station. The area is quiet and the place is comfortable, good fit for two people. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, we didn’t cook but it looked well stocked. The only thing negative I can say is that they have a portable AC that can be a bit loud at night, but other than that everything else was ok"

"Good facility. Friendly staff :-) (Nice and lovely family with cute baby!) They even let us stay longer on the check-out day before we request. We could take some rest before we go to the airport.
