"I had one of the economy single rooms and the shower was very difficult to clean yourself - due to the very small size. Also, the noise from the road can be heard most of the night in these rooms. The next time I will spend a little more and book a superior single room for the advice of the hotel."

"We hit Santiago during a pretty hot spell and without fans or AC the room stayed really hot all night. Street noise was also really loud, so I highly recommend ear plugs and eye mask if you're a sensitive sleeper."
