"We stayed just one night passing by Pucon and this hotel/b&b definitely met all our expectations. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Despite the hotel does not have any parking, they allowed us to park in front of the hotel as it was low season. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, but a little bit cold. They provide with free hot and cold water fountain in the lobby area. Definitely would recommend as this was much better than our previous experience in Pucon."

"The breakfast is pretty basic, but there is a decent coffee which is rare! The staff at breakfast seemed to be bothered by our presence there or she just had a bad day. There is no elevator, but the front desk guys were available to help with the luggage, if needed. JFYI, payment with a card will require the payment of the taxes (VAT) as this is a b&b, they cannot charge tax free, but if you pay by cash in USD then it is tax free."

"We chose a mountain view room and literally it was the beautiful mountain view. That's we loved in this hotel."

"We as 2 ppl walked into the hotel and booked the room directly on the day before of our check-in. A receptionist told us it costed 75,000 CLP per night and we accepted, however he told us the price was 85,000 CLP if you are 2 people when we did check-in. That thing was not reliable unfortunately,,"

"The location was excellent, in the center of Pucon. The Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke enough English to make things easy. The room was very comfortable and with a large balcony with a great view of the city and the Volcan Villarica (when it wasn't shrouded by clouds)."

"Wonderful location - it is centrally located, close to restaurants, markets, parks and the beach. Nice dining area for breakfast, including a cozy spot by the fireplace. Great view of the volcano out the back window of the house."

"Limited parking on the premises, Being so close to everything also means being close to noise and smells. Some lingering noise outside from adjacent businesses (restaurants). Not too bad. Easily overlooked."

"Loved this place - comfortable, reasonably priced, located in the center of Pucón within walking distance of everything. Some of the rooms, including the one we got upstairs, have a great (balcony) view of the volcano. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as well."

"Great location, meticulously clean, and friendly and helpful staff. There are ever native English speakers on staff, totally awesome. Breakfast was Chilean style with ham, cheese, bread and fruit. It was so great to wake up every morning with volcano views!"
