"The views from the picture windows are just stunning, on all sides of the property. You could spend all day looking out the window."

"Our three night stay was wonderful. The staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The setting was beautiful, with abundant birdlife and scenery. The breakfast one of the best we’ve had anywhere, and we did eat at their restaurant two nights and food was excellent. It is a little outside of the main road, but we easily made several day trips and great to come back in the evening to a true Refugio. I would say a car is necessary for this stay."

"Not much we didn’t like … perhaps there should have been some warning about the crazy condition of the road to get there and some more direction - like a couple of tiny signs along the way into there. We did ok though."

"Incredible location - it's quiet, amazing views, and fun to get to. It's a challenge to get there, but that's part of what makes it unique and a great place to stay!"

"We didn't know dinner had to be ordered in advance of the evening, so we weren't able to eat at the hotel on our first night"

"This was the BEST hotel I stayed at on my 3 week trip in Chile! The view was unbeatable and the rooms were beautiful. Absolute luxury, peace and quiet, and the ladies working at reception were the most helpful and kind people I met on my trip. Both of them helped me booked future hotels, plan my open ended trip and were great to talk to. Didn’t get to try the dinner here but I’m sure it’s wonderful, as breakfast was great."
