"We loved everything. To start the hotel is an architectural marvel. Beautiful grounds and views of the vineyards. The room we had was very comfortable, beautiful. Great views. It was difficult to leave! The staff were very professional, frienfly, and helpful. From the hotel staff to the maintenance team. Spent a whole day by the pool, where sunset is visible. The wine was excellent (we did the full package) It was a perfect stay"

"The location was great, food, wine activities all good. The staff were lovely and allowed us to check in early after a long flight from LHR and drive from Santiago. That was really appreciated. Wine tour was great. A lovely experience overall."

"We went for the all-inclusive package - which was extremely expensive. I did not rate it highly on a value for money basis. We were allocated rooms separate from the property - which was a bit disappointing. We would rather have been in the rooms at the hotel."

"The personnel service, installation, activities, location, landscape, were all good. Our suite BOHOPOP was amazing, very well decorated and with a view that takes your breath away. We had a SPA massage (VIK EXPERIENCE) that was our best ever!!!! Not to mention the great WINES of VIK!"

"Der Zimmerservice war ausserordentlich gut, vielleicht der Beste den ich je erlebt habe. Die Lage und der Blick in die Landschaft ist einfach nur atemberaubend. Das Hotel konnte unsere (hohen) Erwartungen in fast allen Belangen erfüllen."

"Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: in unserem Zimmer (Retro) lief die Toilettenspülung dauernd, d.h. der Spülkasten zur Toilette war nicht dicht und füllte sich alle 2Minuten nach, was im (sonst sehr ruhigen Zimmer) deutlich zu hören war. Beim Abendessen wurde ein 4 Gänge Menü mit Weinbegleitung serviert (das wirklich toll war). Leider wurden die 4 Gänge inklusive Wein in einer Stunde durch- serviert und auch die bitte nach etwas Zeit zwischen den Gängen blieb erfolglos. Das hat den Abend fast ein wenig verdorben."
