"Everything was perfect here. The staff was so nice and accommodating right from the start. Our room was exactly what I expected and had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good - it was a buffet but there was staff available to cook eggs upon request and to bring you anything that was missing. They have limited parking and you have to reserve a space ahead of time."

"Everything was to our liking - great location near the centre and with wonderful views to the Osorno volcano. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was the best on our Chile trip. The staff were super helpful. We had to cut short our stay due to a family illness and the hotel kindly refunded the unused night despite us not asking for."

"The property is located in an extremely beautiful location. All of the staff is very good, with some being delightful. The owner was present and made you feel like you had come to the right place. If you want lots of walkable bars and restaurants and shops- this is not the place. It has the cozy lodge vibe… after coming back from a big day of fishing/hiking….they serve really good food and drink…they have comfortable beds and hot showers/baths. You can walk 1/2 block to beach and boat tours. This is our second visit. We would come back."
