There were no apologies and she was quite rude. I guess she expected us to apologize for disturbing her beauty sleep. I'd expect that of we were staying at some back country motel, but this is a Grand Hyatt."

My daughter loves staying here so much. She didn't want to leave. She enjoyed swimming every night. However, if you want to swim, don't forget to bring the swimming cap.
