Pullman Shanghai Central

"I traveled to Shanghai with my 7 year old daughter for business and leisure. It was our first time in China. Mike and Ben made our stay so comfortable. They made us feel safe and welcomed and made sure everything we needed to be comfortable as a mother with a minor was within reach. I cannot say how thankful I am of both of them. I'd always prefer to stay at Pullman whenever I'm in Shanghai ONLY because of those two. We stayed for 5 days, left for Harbin and came back to stay at Pullman for another 2 days. We were so well taken care off I recommend anyone going to Shanghai to stay at Pullman for ultimate comfort and satisfaction. Mike and Ben will make sure ALL your needs are taken care off so you can be as comfortable as you desire. Oh and the breakfast at the restaurant is very good too."

"Nothing major. Language barrier I guess but that's not a problem as you can always use your translator. Mike and Ben will also sort you out so long as they're not on leave or break."

"Everything… it’s just a little dated, and it could have been a little less pricy for what it is. But it’s a fun hotel with lots of character and great staff. I recommend it for the neighbourhood as well, which is so full of amazing yet inexpensive restaurants."

"Specious Luxurious rooms .. Pullman Manager Mr. Danny Stam makes your stay so comfortable you feel like that you are in own home. Other Team members miss Anna , Murphy front office. Restaurant Ken and Jasmine were true hosts. Concierge Ben they have made our stay so smooth that we will visit the Pullman Shanghai again and again just amazing..."

"This has always been my preferred hotel of choice for my business trips to Shanghai. I've been staying here for many years and they have never failed in delivering beyond expectations. This summer work trip, the hotel came with complimentary high-tea, happy hour that includes buffet hotpot dinner! How marvelous! The breakfast spread are pretty similar each day but definitely more than enough variety for everyone."

"This time round, the aircon in the room wasn't too good or maybe the weather outside is too hot. Just the aircon might need a bit of a servicing. Otherwise, all is great!"

"View not to much surrounding by building When I want to travel concierge I told him to order big car six seat six luggage I. Paid 450 yuan he brought me small car. which cost 260 yuan I had problem with luggage he should big van for price I paid"
