"I booked this hotel for one reason: its closeness to the Airport Expressway. I didn't expect much from the area, but the hotel itself was a wonderful surprise! The room is small but very clean and cozy. The beautiful courtyard is the perfect place to relax in the evening. The staff at reception were exceptionally warm and kind and served great coffee. A charming choice for an early flight."
"My stay was mostly pleasant, thanks to the excellent pillows and a very good shower. However, the bed linens were slightly damp, which unfortunately impacted the quality of my sleep."

"The staff is clearly trained to absolutely do their best for guests. Not in a way that feels like a professional duty, but like they actually get joy from being able to help. It’s quite amazing, seems like a great working culture there. For example, they served us breakfast early, because we had an early appointment at the embassy, and they helped plan our timing and travel (walking time). The room (suite) was big and well-appointed. I liked the walk-in closet/changing room a lot. I liked the bathtub."
