"The location and views from the restaurant were amazing. The paths in the property enabled more wildlife spotting and the finally the food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. The staff were also great - happy and attentive always keen to help"

"The food was fantastic! We did not have a car so ate all of our meals at the Endemica Restaurant on-site. Vegetarian options were especially delicious. Service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having the well-maintained hiking trails on-site - we booked here for that reason. The mountain and hummingbird views from the restaurant were stunning. I wish we had known ahead of time that the Original Canopy zip line tour was located on-site but we had already booked another zip line tour. Not having a car made the location a bit challenging but we also enjoyed how peaceful and remote it felt."

"To justify the high price of the Lodge, here are some suggestions: 1) The room was spacious but had no refrigerator. I hated throwing away leftovers from the restaurant but we had no where to keep perishable food. 2) Also the sound proofing in the rooms could be improved. The units were attached and we could hear conversations through the walls and in the hall. Having a dehumidifier or fan for white noise in each room might help. 3)There was a lovely greenhouse on site with tables but it was always empty and only housed a few dead plants. It would be great to offer guests yoga classes in that space."

"Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great restaurant on property. There are several hiking trails through the rainforest on the property. They also offer a variety of activities and transportation. The beds were comfortable and the shower was luxurious."
