"It was a very large room with a fantastic, large balcony looking toward the ocean. The owners were wonderful, very friendly, and fun to talk with. Loved hearing the ocean, being in a quiet spot, but having access to a restaurant. Going downstairs for breakfast was fun."

"The owner Sandy lives in the same house, the apartment is in the first floor and she is really helpful with advises. The view and the beach is very nice. It also has a big terrace. It is also very close to bars and restaurants."
"At night there were big bugs in a room and it was very hot. There are ventilators but they are not enough. It is a private apartment so you need to pay in cash (the owner accept the payment in euros)."

"Super freundliche Gastgeberin, super nah am Strand, ruhig und wirklich mit Aussicht. Dazu eine tolle Terrasse, die das große Zimmer mit 5 (!) Betten ergänzte und ein richtiges Leben und Wohnen ermöglichte. Tolle Unterkunft, wir sind dafür sehr dankbar!!"

"It was perfect and had everything you need. Maybe a closer would be useful but apart from that, all great"
"The house was great - it was very clean, had good AC and hot water and a lovely back garden. It was situated on a quiet and peaceful street an easy walk to both the national park, supermarkets and the bus station. It was the best place we stayed at in CR. Also the host was super kind and generous. We arrived several hours before check in and he met us at the bus station, let us store our bags while house was being cleaned and drove us to the national park. We had a fantastic time."
"New building. The rooms are clean and look fresh. The staff is very polite and takes good care of the guests. The pool is small but nice. Breakfast is standard but good quality. (The bus stop is 100 m from the hotel)."

The beaches, restaurants, tours, supermarkets, etc… Everything in this house was a luxury and I would come to uvita just to come to this house. The host was amazing as well he was very attentive and showed a lot of attention and detail in everything. The house is very well thought for comfort and I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in uvita."
