It wasn’t within walking distance of the park or beach or shopping, but it had a mini supermarket immediately across the street, a restaurant next to that, and I was always able to get a parking space within 30 feet of the front door. It’s helpful to have a car at this location although a bus comes by. It was not fancy but was spacious and clean. We had the upstairs apartment. The owner was very helpful."

"Gianni was very helpful and accommodating of our late arrival time, and this was a very clean and comfortable place to land. The king-size bed felt luxurious and the AC was a welcome luxury. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking, but there is a cute restaurant across the street with mountain views that offers delicious typical Tico breakfasts, fresh smoothies, and a bar for your night cap. Definitely recommend staying here!"
