Space One

"Space One was oddly convenient. It wasn’t within walking distance of the park or beach or shopping, but it had a mini supermarket immediately across the street, a restaurant next to that, and I was always able to get a parking space within 30 feet of the front door. It’s helpful to have a car at this location although a bus comes by. It was not fancy but was spacious and clean. We had the upstairs apartment. The owner was very helpful."

"Clean, safe, enough room to expand. The owner is very nice and makes an effort for the guests to feel comfortable and welcome. The room has also small kitchen to cook and there's a supermarkt just outside the room (less than a minute walk). Location is a bit secluded but still reachable and quiet"

"If you don't have a car you'd prob need to take an Uber or bus to the beach or to the National Park, as the location is a bit tricky to walk by yourself"

"Gianni was very helpful and accommodating of our late arrival time, and this was a very clean and comfortable place to land. The king-size bed felt luxurious and the AC was a welcome luxury. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking, but there is a cute restaurant across the street with mountain views that offers delicious typical Tico breakfasts, fresh smoothies, and a bar for your night cap. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Can be a bit noisy at night but once the store and restaurant close, it gets quieter. A few roosters lively up the mornings. All out of control of the host, and part of Manuel Antonio’s atmosphere."
