"Everything went exellent: breakfast terrific, clean restorant, perfect customer service, tasty food. Saunas are sooo good, especially hamam. Contrast water douch is very good and helpful! Spa treatment with Diana ( face and body cleaning), so proffesional , nice, explaining each action she performs. Milena is so gentle with paraffine procedures and customer services. Very nice housekeeping service- ladies who working so hard to keep everything so clean and fresh. The receptionist Marcos very accomodating guy with constant drive to help, to solve an issue..Thanks you for him!"

"Staff and manager were super helpful and friendly (bonus points for being patient with our Czech; it's far from fluent but we wanted to practice as much as we could while in the country). Breakfast was solid (not as much choice as at a larger hotel, but enough choice to have some variety from day to day). We only had one evening meal at the hotel (there is a lot of choice within walking distance), they offer a good choice of Czech cuisine nicely prepared. Convenient access to beautiful surroundings."
