"Everything! Location:It is perfectly located! It’s literally a two minute walk to the Iglesia and around the corner from the bus station. Staff: The staff is amazing and many of them speak English. Safety: I felt very safe both at day and night and there are many things to walk to. Room Comfortability: The bed was SUPER comfortable & the room was clean. I’m unsure about the hot water but visit the DR often and didn’t even check to see if the water would get hot because I didn’t want anything to distract from the sweetness of this Naranjo!"

"Maria is a lovely lady and very welcoming, she tries to accomodate all your needs. She provides drinking water throughout the building to fill your bottles. It is close to the Cathedral and park. The house feels like a home. Great clean bathrooms and well equiped kitchen."

"The location is just fantastic! The beach is just steps away and no doubt one of the most beautiful beachfront I've seen. More than enough restaurants and beach bars. Just 5 minutes walking a fresh fish store with very affordable prices.The apartment was very clean and there's nothing missing, fully equipped and the beds where soooo comfortable. The host was friendly and the security guy at the gate was extremely helpful and kind. Strongly recommend this place."

"nice big private room with a registered, would have been nice to have a kettle to heat hot water for coffee or a coffee maker. No hot water but that is typical as I have been traveling for two weeks around the DR. The bed was comfortable and they have A/C and I felt safe 24/7 security. I would recommend."

"This apartment was amazing and perfect for me. Though I was by myself, I think 2-3 responsible adults is okay. Definitely perfect for 2. I loved the location, accessibility, cleanliness…EVERYTHING, was perfect. Even the laundry service, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hopefully it’s available for my next trip. Yes, I loved it that much lol. Oh and its gated, and it has security, plus for me!"
