"The room was clean, wifi worked well. Staff was friendly at the reception and in restourant. It’s only three minutes walk to main pier. A/C was working great. Just perfect experience!"

"There were cockroaches in the room but I think it’s the same in every hotel in Galapagos."

"Quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e a cama enorme. A localização é excelente. Hotel ter uma piscina é uma vantagem."

"Durante nossa hospedagem, a área da recepção estava em reforma, então havia muito barulho durante o dia, com máquinas de cortar piso e pó. Próximo das 19hs a água quente acabava, mas depois tudo voltava ao normal. Havia muito pó embaixo das camas e um objeto deixado pelo hóspede anterior."

"Nunca he calificado tan bien una estadía, realmente supera mis expectativas en cuanto a educación y limpieza es demasiado excelente la atención del personal de primera. Personas maravillosas en todo el buen sentido de la palabra. Mis estimados viajeros quienes lean este hotel es un lugar digno para descansar después de tus travesías por la isla duermes como bebé jejeje excepto el WiFi q eso tiene arreglo, por eso lo escribo para q los dueños del hotel cambien de servidor pero eso es insignificante para el placer que pase en mi estadía muchísimas gracias"

"Once I was in the new room with working air conditioning everything was really nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean with good water temperature and pressure. A good breakfast was delivered to my room every morning. The staff were very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There was bottled water in the office area to fill you water bottle for the day. The town is pretty small, so nothing is very far."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lady in charge did all she could to make us feel at home. You get a wonderful view from the terrace right outside your room or from the terrace on the third floor. You get to use the kitchen which is very handy if you are on a budget. You get to exercise a bit walking to the beach and restaurants. Nights are peaceful and quiet so you have a good night's sleep."
