"Location was great (walking distance to Parque La Carolina and mall), showers have pretty hot water, and the room is cozy and pretty quiet (a dog barks next door but it didn't bother me. The room is on the back of the building though, so there is very little road noise!). The front desk security guards were helpful and a surprising perk is that the knives for cooking were actually sharp! Great little spot. The jacuzzi is also a fun perk and Giovanna was great and super helpful the whole time."
