"The rooms with nicer view face the street and tend to be noisy. The rooms at the back of the hotel are much quieter. If you prefer quieter room over a nicer view, just ask and the reception staff will happily offer a different room"

"We arrived at this hotel by chance, looking for a night in Quito. The hotel gave us good services in a great location. Let's start with the dinner, which was wonderful. The view from the eighth floor of the city We will continue with the breakfast, which was varied and delicious. We returned to the hotel after a week because it simply met all our expectations."

"The hotel is new and is undergoing some improvements still the rooms are comfortable and clean also well equipped. The ladies at the restaurant are very kind."

"When we arrived the security guard was not kind he acted as if he was upset because we arrived. Making weird gestures and making us feel dumb. Breakfast closes at 9:30 am which is pretty early if you ask me. They start taking all food away even if you just arrived. I would suggest they leave breakfast until 10:00 am."

"The hotel is located alongside one of the major avenues in the city. It is within a walking distance to a mall and many eateries. The breakfast always features a couple of local food items, and I had the best local soup there."

"The tragic produced a lot of noises day and night. There is no temperature regulating devices in the room."

"Excellent, non-pretentious, but slick and very comfortable hotel is a terrific part of Quito, with many restaurant choices nearby, a large supermarket one block away, a great coffee house very close on La Niña Street, public transportation by the front door, and a taxi availability at all times. I loved my room - it was bright, with large windows that faced the street, the bathroom was very comfortable, and it even had a smaller, second mirror for easier shaving. The hotel is well kept, and the staff was awesome, always with a smile and willing to help."
