"We met the host in person. Helpful & nice lady. She runs an interior design shop next door. This apt is very close to the border crossing to Russia. 2 min walk to the river with a nice promenade. This apt gives you the feel of living with the locals. It is on the ground floor w a private entrance. Bedroom & kitchen windows have view of car park. You do hear noise and the host provides earplugs but we did not use them. Nice to have a washing machine and a kitchen."

"The accommodations include complimentary bottled water and essential toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes. Additionally, you'll find a well-stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, cream, and honey for your convenience. A dishwasher is a extra bonus. Enjoy your stay"
"I didnt care about the TV as other reviews often complain. But I must say, for complete 100/100 I only missed one thing. And its a washing machine."
"Atmosphere is quite interesting. I chose it for the quirky interior design. Definitely a fun experience. +They provided snacks and we could make some porridge with jam for breakfast."
"The floors are quite cold as it is on the true ground floor. From the bedroom we could hear people approaching the building entrance (different one, not our separate entrance) and open the door with a beep, but we weren't too bothered. I suppose it is for that reason that the host provides earplugs, if you need them. Overall not much to complain about."
"The host was super friendly, communication was quick and positive! The room was clean, cozy and spacious! We were welcome to bring our cats and we could park in the private parking lot of the building."
