"Good price, clean room. Staff talk russian and English."
"The water from the tap was brown color after some time cleared luckily. Wify super slow."
"I arrived after midnight due to Tallinn airport staff meeting lowest expectations. Your hotel was the best spot I could find in Narva, and surely it met my best dreams. The breakfast was the best thing I had in many years...."
"Cannot think of anything. And by the way I failed to mention in the previous post, I was thrilled to find the Gin right there at the reception after all my sufferings on the way to your best of the best hotels!!!!!"
"Friendly, quiet, good value, well located for my purpose"
"Breakfast a bit limited, and elements not laid out logically."
"Great location, excellent hotel. We booked the business suite which was super spacious and comfortable with two rooms and included a private sauna and hot tub. Parking was super convenient in an on-site parking lot. Highly recommended if visiting Narva."

"nice breeakfast offered - good variety, staff was very helpful"
"weak internet service"
"We stayed in the most expensive room available, and the room was really big, including own private sauna. The breakfast was ok. Parking was easy. Check in, was fast, but could have been faster. Staff and restaurant are polite. The hotel is very close to the castle, its by walking distance."
"The restaurant serves a menu for dinner and I ordered a burger for dinner. Honestly, the burger bun was really strange looking and the bun was very hard. The internet speed is extremely slow, not living up to our expectation."
"The hotel was clean, in a great location (close to the castle) and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."
"It was very hot in the room and bathroom. Couldn’t keep the window open at night due to road noise outside. (No air conditioner)"
"Beautiful spacious room! Clean and cozy. Everyone - so friendly! Thank you"

"I spent one night while waiting to cross the border. The hotel is conveniently located, it's just a 5 minutes walk to the border. The hotel is modern, staff is friendly, our room (suite) was very large, with a large bathtub and a sauna. Prices are reasonable."
"The aircon was not powerful enough for the whole room. Some extra piece of furniture would be welcome (hooks, nightstands)."
"This was our second stay at the hotel and this time we had a truly king size bed :). (Last time the twin beds were very small). The staff made us feel welcome at every step. As a bonus, there was an extra channel on the TV that solved the challenge of watching the Champions League final (that had that turned out to be complicated in Narva the year before) :)."
"The weather was really hot and the room was really hot, steam sauna hot. There was a separate fan in the room which helped just a bit."

"Wonderful location, clean quiet room, great breakfast, friendly staff, free parking in backyard."
Avis de Svetlana Koidulapark Hotell
"A perfect hotel right in the heart of this university town of Estonia, Tartu. With just a few meters' walking distance to some of the best malls, like Taksu, this property is located right at the start of the old town. This property offers its guests one of the most modern stay experiences with almost all rooms overlooking the beautiful city. The restaurant is huge and well-ambience. The breakfast spread was huge. Almost all the major sites are within walking distance, with numerous bars and restaurants well within reach. A perfect option for those travelling either for work or leisure."
Avis de Nish Art Hotel Pallas by Tartuhotels
"Location was amazing. Private beach area that was not crowded."
Avis de Katrin Lepanina Hotell
"The apartment is in a most interesting modernist building with much glass and steel. The apartment itself is massive, and really perfect. Very quiet and private. 5 star hotel quality bed and linen. Kitchen with filter coffee machine. There is a washing machine and the hosts thoughtfully provide detergent pods. A very kind lady meets you and gives you a comprehensive tour of the apartment and provided tourist information for Parnu. The best thing of all is the amazing TERVIS spa which is 50 m away. It's 21 euros for a day pass."
