"Unfortunately the electric radiator was turned off when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Traveling with a small child this was a problem. But it was a problem that can be fixed easily."
"Absolutely LOVED everything about this gem in Haapsula!!! The breakfast surpassed expectations, and the bull dog ("little rabbit") is a rambunctious 9-yr-old, obviously loved as much as the property and business. So many quirky fun bits to look at. Bed comfy and despite small room, we did fine with all our baggage in tow. Water pressure strong in the shower with lots of hot water. I would stay again and again! PS - Be sure to eat at Kuursaal and have the fried herring and blueberry brulee."
"There are mosquitos in the area so keep in mind if opening the screenless window. Room temperature was fine with the window closed - view of castle ruins from black bunny room is great either way!"

"A proper warm breakfast made specially for us was a welcome bonus and sweetened the deal, especially since the place is also a well known family restaurant. The room had some nice antique furniture, and the whole place has a cozy vibe that makes you feel welcome. At the same time, it is well maintained and you get your privacy and basic amenities like separate bathroom and air conditioner. There were no issues with cleanliness, and the water pressure of the shower was very good. The location couldn't be better."
"Not a dislike, but you have to be OK with dogs, since there are two bulldogs roaming around as members of the family. They are certainly well-behaved and add to the uniqueness of the place, but if you have a general aversion to dogs or suffer from dog allergies, this could be something to take in consideration."

"This place is like from romantic movie and the Old Town of Hapsalu too. Room was clean, it is possible to drink coffee and tea, you can get kitchen things here. Check in is with code that you got in sms. Room is like in photos."
"We have been here in restaurant , this experience we did not have this time because breakfast is not in offer. We would like to have it but good possibility is near .Room was cold but you can warm it up very quickly. Shower is not devided with glass or plastic wall, all will be wet. Suggestion is to put longer string to the key from front doors. :)"
