"I have absolutely no complaints. The place is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. It’s nice and warm inside during the winter, and the bathroom was always clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but I could hear people laughing and enjoying themselves there. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and safe"

"I LOVE this hostel, I came to stay here for the 3rd time. I've stayed in a dorm, in a family room with my mother, and now in a double room alone. Always a good place for all kinds of travelers, has a great vibe and the location is super convenient too (especially if you are coming by train). I was so happy as I checked in, the room was great, the bathroom and the kitchen were clean as usual. Unfortunately, I broke my foot at the Town Hall 2 hours later and I didn't get to go back... I couldn't take the stairs, so I needed to move to a hotel with an elevator. I called the reception late at night, and my friend went to pick my stuff up. The staff were so kind and helpful, and they checked in on me the next day. Will be coming back! (In summer though...)"

"As I realized in an unfortunate way, you can't really stay here if you have mobility issues :) but that's very obvious (and none of the older buildings in Estonia have elevators, so that's very common) I think they do have at least one room on the ground floor, but it was not available that night."

"I appreciated the efforts to be sustainable and to reuse materials. The hostel was clean and very friendly. The staff have local recycled products for sale. Even when I needed to add an extra day and I could not get back to reception while it was open to organize it, the staff were accommodating."

"The standard bunk in the open area is what you expect for the price. The hostel has a strong commitment to sustainability which is nice, and the common areas are well-maintained with a nice balcony. Easy to access."

"The helpful volunteers of all nations. Concept was super sweet and it’s a very cozy place. Don’t know why they hate on the cat that comes visit (he’s banned from the hostel), but he seems awesome as well… No shoe policy was strange at first but we came to enjoy clean floors."
