"Everything was good and for adequate price. Spacy, clean 1-room apartment with all needed facilities: kitchen (with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle), bathroom, air conditioner, TV, large comfortable bed. Wi-fi reception was also good despite that the house was full of other guests. Location is quiet, near a river, 6 minutes by car to the city center, or a 30 min walk - not a big deal as well. Also you can go fishing or rent a boat nearby."

"Small but well-equipped room with some dishes, fridge, microwave, kettle, and a small desk. Around 20min from the center with a bus stop nearby. Smooth and friendly communication and check in. Decent wifi and good water pressure."

"For the location, the price was good. The kitchen and bathroom were decent. The enclosed yard was great to walk my dog."

"We couldn't understand the directions about how to gain access to the facility. The owner didn't speak English, but promised his wife would call. She never did. We finally figured out how to open the gate on our own. The owners could really use some help to improve their written directions in English. We never met the owners. There was a tiny table wedged in the hall leading to the bedroom, very uncomfortable for two people. Also, the owners demand cash payments. We don't really carry cash any more, so we had to locate an ATM in the city center. That was annoying."

"A really good place for staying a few nights for its price. Around 10-15 min walk from the center. The room itself looked pretty avarage, but still comfy and clean. There was no noise at night, which is wonderful. Finally, there is some kind of a patio with place to sit and enjoy the sound of nature."

"It would be hard to tell exect things I did not like. I stayed for 1 night only, but I still think that this place is pretty good. So - no bad comments!"

"The property was clean and looked very new. Fantastic view of the river from apartment no. 1. Very comfortable bed with shared duvet which must have been extra large because we both fit under it without any issue."
