Guest reviews for Barceló Cairo Pyramids
"Inside the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. And the pool area was nice as well as the roof top balcony for viewing the pyramids. Also the buffet breakfast was great."
"There was a lot of construction around the property making it rather hard for Ubers, taxis and tour buses to get to the front of the hotel."
"I was very satisfied with my stay at Barcelo Hotel Giza; the team was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful."
"The only downside was the construction work in front of the hotel, which slightly limited movement around the area."
"THE ROOMS ARE OK , THE HOTEL IS OK THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD AND IT IS CONVENIENT TO STAY IN GIZA WHEN YOU VISIT THE PYRAMIDS."
"THE LOCATION, IS GIZA BUT NOT NEAR THE PYRAMIDS AND THE AREA ISN'T SO NICE. ALSO THE HOTEL COULD BE CLEANER AND THE STAFF NICER."
"Fairly comfortable beds, nice pool, good breakfast."
"You can easily find your own English speaking taxi driver to take you to the museum and/or antiquity’s outside of Giza for much much cheaper. The evening buffet is pretty blah."
"Amazing location and hospitality. All staff are welcoming especially Hager in the guest relations."

"You are the Cairo city. Close to good food and shops but many, many hagglers."
"A high end hotel worth the stars in Cairo. Many hotels are sold here with high stars and are not at all. The most comfortable stay since my all inclusive in hurghada. Staff also speaks English and bet foreigner friendly."
"The wifi is not good. Probably the best you're going to get however. As usual with most hotels here, the shower water gets on the floor if you don't plan it properly."
"The fact that it was in Giza! You get the local feel but the hotel is modern and very well resourced. Great view from the pool deck. Helpful staff. Take the hotel taxi, friendly drivers if not you have to deal with the taxis outside the hotel. This is not always easy. The hotel drivers speak English."

"Functional hotel with a decent breakfast. Pool area was nice and quiet. Staff were helpful in getting us into a room pre official check in."
"Feels quite dated compared to global standards."

"The experience was priceless. All of my worldly issues disappeared at Saktrah Camp in Southern Sinai. Allowing me to focus on what truly matters in life. It was an unforgettable experience. I would rise in the morning and the precious Red Sea is before me, and the beautiful rugged mountains behind me. The staff and owners were like family. I’ve already recommended SakraTah to my friends. And I will be back! For sure!"
"Baraka Camp is a place of friendship, relaxation, and beauty. I spent a week here on my own as a solo female traveller, and had a wonderful time. I felt completely safe and met lovely other travellers both from Israel, Egypt and Jordan. The staff is most hospitable and helpful, and always come with a good attitude. The food is tasty, and better than many places around, they make the effort to even plate the dishes beautifully. The beach is sandy, but to get into the water, you have to walk on a soft flat rocky area that leads to the drop off where you can go snorkelling. Unfortunately, the reef around South Sinai seems to be suffering in recent years, but they are still fish and corals. The bungalows are new, with a new clean bathrooms, and have hammocks at the front. You get clean bedlinen, and nice blanket, and all the electricity works! I will definitely be back!"
