"The air conditioning was central, so it was quite cold in the room and the air con holes were right on top of the bed causing a draft. No possibility to move the bed in the tiny room which was otherwise enough for my purposes. I also couldn't find anyone to leave the key to checking out and they did not reply to my messages. Overall I was happy but got a cough"

"The breakfast was a typical Spanish breakfast, which I was appreciative for. The location was good. The team of people working at this hostel were very nice and welcoming. The rooms are private. There was a nice sample of shampoo/body wash with olive oil that I liked, plus a bath towel was provided. I will definitely stay there again in future travels to Madrid."
"The shower heads in the shower disconnected from the shower hose in two shower stalls. Needs fixing."

"I got there by 9 pm and there was no one to check me in. The chef had to take care of it but it clearly seemed it wasn't his job. Also the lock in my room was kind of trikcy I had to pull the door really hard in order to lock it when I went out."

"It was a nice staycation, we are staying here 2 days. the located at the nearby center of Madrid. Approachable and friendly staffs. The room is spacious,clean shared bathrooms, a complete breakfast included ... surely we'll come back🥰🥰🥰"

"The personal is very nice. The area is nice and for the most part quiet. The room was clean and provided enough space for a short or even long stay. The residents are not allowed to use the kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, and an airfryer are available in the dining hall."
"One bathroom (toilet + shower) is shared among 5 rooms (up to 8 people). The air conditioning is controlled centrally, which was quite cold for my taste. I aired out the room during a warm day, which resolved the issue for me for the next 2 days. It was quite loud outside around 2am at night, when the garbage truck and the street cleaning car worked on the street outside my window."
