"The entire property was a refuge after walking the Camino Portugués. The grounds are lovely. We were treated to a Spanish hospitality. So caring! We even liked the housecat roaming the grounds. The food was excellent. The sitting area was cozy and very comfortable. We liked that it was quiet and tranquil. Great fo quiet reading or contemplation."
"I wish we had some churros. We really love it with hot cocoa. In the United Stares, the churros sold are fake, terrible. We said we would eat our fill of churros when we go to Spain. We are even willing to wait for them to be cooked. Also, our bathroom had a cracked glass shower wall."
"Stunning, quiet and relaxing property for us to take a break while hiking the Camino. We were glad we booked a rest day here. Staff was very friendly. Very generous of good at the restaurant. We enjoyed walking around the property. Note you would have to take a taxi to get to the hotel from the town."

"I loved this stay while walking the Camino. Slightly out of the way from the trail but the owner nicely called a Taxi for me and I was able to easily start my journey again. The way they’ve incorporated nature into the landscape of the hotel is incredible. Everything was perfect from the room to the service to the delicious breakfast buffet the next morning. It made leaving so hard as I could have stayed much longer! I would love to stay there again and for a longer amount of time!"

"Everything! We were stunned by the beauty of the property as soon as the gates opened. Our corner room was clean and comfortable, with 2 sets French doors that we could open to hear the waterfalls outside. The pool was truly an oasis after a long day on the Camino. Highly recommend!"
"Not a negative comment, but you must take a taxi from the taxi stand from the town centre to get to the property. The best 5 euros you will spend."
"Amazing! Out of this world! Beautiful. Incredible staff. Clean. No strong fragrance anywhere. Wish we could have stayed for another night, but we were walking the Camino. The walk there is along the highway. There is a shoulder, but the cars are moving fast, it's doable just not very pleasant. We walked there and took the taxi back to town the next morning courtesy of the hotel. Good dinner and breakfast."
