"The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the location is central to many of the attractions Helsinki has to offer."

"Excellent location- walking distance to everything a tourist could want to see and the main train station. Beautiful hotel and room. Outstanding customer service - I had several requests including no Down bedding , additional heating in the room, etc, and everything was done with friendliness, patience and very swiftly. I haven’t encountered such customer service in a very long time. One strange thing- after I left I received an email asking me to submit payment for a mini-bar charge. I knew I hadn’t had anything except coffee so gave them a call. Housekeeping supposedly reported red wine gone. I hadn’t taken it, so the front desk immediately said no problem. I was there for only one night and can’t wait to go back to see more of Helsinki and stay here again for a longer period of time."
