"Staff were very attentive and friendly. They managed to keep an item I forgot in the room safe for me to pick up on my next trip to Suva. I got home 4 hours later and when I called the receptionist she advised that she had the item already with her and will keep it safe for me to pick up. Thank you."

"No cutting board so used the kitchen counter top to cut my vegies, fruits and meat. Coffee plunger broken so couldn't make coffee, No wettex to wipe down counter top after using the kitchen to prep meals so used tissues I got from ther bathroom, 1 tiny cooking pot fit for 1 person only used it as my frying pan, soup pan, saute pan, all in 1 pan. Was hoping for a frying pan but advised that they do not supply, so much for self-contained. No dish rack so opened dishwashing machine and used it as my dish rack after washing very little items that I used."

"When I initially arrived, there was discrepancies about my expectations for and what the property incorrectly described in its marketing materials as appliances associated with a "kitchenette" specifically a functioning stovetop in a Studio apartment. After I pointed out these inconsistencies, including pulling information directly from the hotel's website, the local site management relocated me to another completely satisfactory room, a Studio Executive apartment, that met my expectations. The receptionist staff were friendly and professional to my requests for information about the area. I very much appreciated the day manager generously offered to drive me to an important appointment when a taxi the hotel had ordered for me failed to appear on time. I know this was an exceptional circumstance, but really appreciated this extra attention to client service."

"As noted above, the hotel management and website team should make sure that they are explicit and consistent on their website and other marketing materials about the differences of what kitchen appliances are available in each of their respective rooms options."

"Laundry room machines were all either broken or wonky to use. The employee said the new HE machines always breakdown. Staff really cold and unfriendly. Tried to Charge 10 cents to print your 1 page boarding pass"

"The rooms at Quest Suva are great, they provide all you need - they are spacious, have a little kitchenette with essential amenities, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed. Our room was in a corner and had windows facing two different sides, which was a great plus. The staff was great and very helpful, we had additional requirements and they managed to meet them very quickly and painlessly. The location is very central and convenient to reach all you need."
