"The whole house was lovely, everything was super clean and beautifully furnished. There is eveything you might need in the house, even a big fridge and an oven. Check-in was easy and simple, we received detailed instructions before our arrival. The communication was also great. We needed to store our bags a couple of hours before check-in time. The owner got back to us very quickly and accomodated our request. He then let us know that the room was ready around half an hour early on his own which was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would point out, is that the lock mechanism feels, like you need and engineering degree :⁠-⁠D. But we figured it out after couple of tries (P.S. you need to pull the handle up but not all the way up)"

"The rooms were very spacious and well laid out, and the common areas were roomy and practical. The location gave easy driving access to all major streets and roads and easy walking to 3 grocery stores. Parking was easy and the host very friendly, truly caring, and most helpful. And it wasn’t downtown, where everything is crowded and a bit tangled. kitchen stocked with basics. lots of hot water. very quiet, even with other guests. the bed was comfortable and the view was good. the fridge is very big, and it has a roomy freezer. don’t bring anything for a microwave, though. that is not a thing. just so you know. level access."

"The walk to downtown is 25 minutes. Not a complaint. just for your info. downhill. uphill on the way back. busses stop nearby. 😃. the cooking facilities are good for one couple at a time. again, not a complaint, just info. the kitchen table is roomy, though, and you can certainly make a hot drink or a sandwich while the people in the other suite are cooking."

"Great location, beautiful living room with nice interior design (also various lighting), TV with apps (Netflix, YouTube), parking directly in front of the entrance, kitchen with all equipment (only no dishwasher), very spacious."

"Very steep stairs to the bathroom and toilet (which is on the ground floor); shower drain must have been clogged (as water was quickly getting to the bathroom floor, so taking “normal” shower was not possible) - owner was very responsive once we reported this (but anyway, the cleaning staff should pay attention to this). Also, we didn’t like that we had to put bad sheet ourselves and later on remove bad linen (but this seems to be the standard on many Faroe Islands locations)"

"Nice cozy house, 5 minutes away from the ferry dock. Perfect place to stay to explore the island Suðuroy. 20 minutes drive to Sandvík in the north and 30 Minutes to Sumba in the south. Host is very friendly and obliging. We really enjoyed our stay there."
