"Everything. The property was beautiful and close to the lovely historical town of Confolens. Amanda and Kevin were excellent hosts being both friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and had a beautiful view over the River Vienne. A delicious continental breakfast was provided. We would definitely return to 13Bees if we were in the area again. Excellent. Perfect."

"Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Facilities were superb. We arrived in a heatwave unseasonably hot at 38-44 degrees usually much less than 35 degrees. Hotel was cool, clean, spacious and really nicely positioned overlooking the river Vienne on a quite off road. A great stay all round."

"This was a great chambre d’hote just outside Foix.Easy to find with private parking. Leela was a charming and attentive host who exuded tranquillity. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with home made jams, eggs if you wanted them as well as cereal, bread, cheese and pastries. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food and wine were excellent and service was good on a lovely shaded terrace in the garden surrounded by plants and vines growing up the side. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it."
