"Perfect location for anyone who wants to explore the cozy parts of the city and feel like a local. Very close to metro stations for those who want to get to the famous places. The apartment has everything you might ever need, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Will definitely book again on our next trip."

"During our stay the light on the stairway wasn’t working. Nothing to really worry about, but raveling with a 70 year old person this was a bit off."

"Apartment is from the French movie :)We liked it very much. Good and safe location . 20 min walk and you reach Louvre, 20 min walk and you are near the Notre Dame. Very clean and cozy apartment with 2 bathrooms ."

"Apt was perfectly located.... Close to a Super Market, Dining, the Metro. You could be at any major Attraction in less than 30/45 min whether you walked or rode the RER/Metro/Bus. I will Highly recommend this Apt to anyone I know going to Paris..."

"The only improvement would be to relocate to door to the Toilet.... It opens to the living room. It door could be moved and relocated to the entry way of the Shower to create more privacy.... Also, the owner could leave written instructions in English on the use of the Washer/Dryer and the Microwave and the dish washer...."

"The location was great and a pretty quiet area. Love that it was just steps from a coffee shop, a wine shop and several places to eat. Easy for Uber to pick us up and drop us off also. We also felt pretty safe. The kitchen was nice. Very thankful there were two floor fans as it was a little warm in there (even in Feb)."

"Would have been better with two toilets and if there were exhaust fans in bathrooms. Also maybe one more nice chair to sit in. For 6 people, not enough seating."

"A fantastic apartment in a great location. Easy walk to the Notre Dame, the Louvre and we even enjoyed the hour or so walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is well appointed and the host was really helpful. We enjoyed coffees from the lovely little coffee shop directly across the road, Coffee Specialty Coffee, and it was great to have laundry facilities in the apartment. The apartment was spacious and the layout dealt well with the limited natural light in the bedrooms. The living room is a really lovely space. We were a family of two parents and two teenagers and would definitely recommend and come back."

"The position is great! Walking distance from Louvre, Pompidou etc and several metro lines very close by (5 min by foot). A lot of small and nice restaurants and cafees just around the corner. Enjoyed the apartment. It is spacy and well equipped! Host was nice and available! We were 4 - parents and two teenagers. Would come back!"

"The location of Andy is perfect. It is a few blocks from the Pompidou, and very close to many of the attractions in Paris. This was perfect for walking around town. We enjoyed the apartment very much, and found it easy to stop in when we were tired of walking and needed a break. The coffee shop across the street was a bonus - it is adorable and has great coffee. The apartment is well-stocked with plates and cookware and all the essentials. We appreciated having a washer/dryer as this was the second week of our trip."

"We had a bit of concern about having only one toilet for our group of six people, but it worked out okay. There are two showers and the one toilet is separate from those. We were out much of the day so it wasn't a big deal, but I do not think it was clear in the property listing. Also, there was some damage/warping in one part of a wood floor that was a bit of a trip hazard and made it so that the door to one of the showers did not close properly. Otherwise, it was great and I recommend for families with kids as it gives a bit of extra room and the convenience of having breakfast at home before a day of sightseeing."

"Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e cordiale, l'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, è ben servito e in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima a ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie e metro, si trova in una posizione veramente strategica. L'appartamento è carino e ben pulito e gli spazi sono ben distribuiti."

"Più che non mi è piaciuto tengo a puntualizzare alcune cose. La camera matrimoniale che non è dotata di bagno si trova dopo piccolo corridoio ed è senza finestre, Non ho notato se il sistema di riscaldamento funziona anche per raffreddare ma in caso contrario potrebbe diventare molto calda. Ci sono due bagni, si ma sono dotati di doccia e lavandino. Il WC è solo uno ed è una piccola stanzetta 2m X 2m circa e non è dotata di aspiratore. Lo consiglio per 3, massimo 4 persone ma un solo bagno è limitante, in 5 o 6 potrebbe essere un po' problematico."
