"Location was excellent. Right next to the beach and 200 m from Magnan tram station. Apartment had all the amenities including cooking utensils, induction, fridge, washing machine etc. The bed was cozy. If you have problem with 2 people in that bed there is always the sofa cum bed. Very close to supermarket. Clear instructions were provided on how to reach from airport and get the keys. Highly recommend this stay if you are in Nice."

"Great location, in the studio you can find everything you need and in a good condition, the host was very friendly and created a very informative guide on the facilities in the studio, how to use them, emergency contacts, etc. 3 minutes to the beach made our stay even more pleasant . Around the studio there is a nice bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, and supermarket. So, you can get whatever you need in a close distance from the apartment. The city center is either in ~15-20 min by tram or in 60 mins by walk in case you want to explore the city. The tram stop is in 3 mins from the studio. Also, it's very quiet at night, which was also important for us."

"We didn't like only minor stuff: in the kettle there was quite a lot of the limescale, probably it wasn't cleaned from it for quite a while. We cleaned it ourselves. Also, there was a large block of ice in the freezer and a package of ice cream from previous guests was stuck in it. We also carefully removed the ice ourselves. However, these things didn't spoil our great experience with the studio :)"

"Cute little appartment, well equipped with all the necessary for a short stay, very handily located for the beach, shops and restaurants, the tram line, the airport etc . I thought the bed would be a bit uncomfortable, with the ceiling being so low, but it was easy to move it outwards to create a more spacious feeling. As noone was coming in the same day, the landlord very kindly let us leave our things there until the afternoon, which made life much easier for us."

"The wooden stairs to the upstairs sleeping/living area are quite narrow and steep; we were careful, and it was ok for us, but not ideal for anyone with physical limitations."

"We had a great stay at Aoustin, Melina was absolutely lovely and always responded to messages quickly. She was really flexible with our check in and check out times which made our departure day much more enjoyable. The studio feels much larger than the photos show, and there are some new additions including air conditioning which are not shown in the photos. The broken sink which is mentioned in previous reviews has been replaced so this is no longer an issue :)"
