"Many thanks to Oliver, Michelle, and Scooby for our excellent stay, breakfast coffee, pastries, and answering many questions! We look forward to seeing you in November."

"Great hotel! Great shower! Comfortable bed! Delicious breakfast!"
"Nothing!"
"The room is nice and neat. The area is walkable and safe. The parking is free. This place is good."
"The hotel doesn't provide the tea cup and kettle. They provide a one-time use cup, but it is on the first day, no more in the second day. The electric outlet is only 2 prong. The grounded prong was builded in. If you have the power jack with 3 prong. It won't work for you."
"A very happy, non English speaking lady checked me in with no problems! Room was ready early and she even took my luggage to the room while I was out for lunch. Seems like a family-owned, old-fashion hotel within walking distance to town and train/tram stations. It's about 25 minutes to Geneva and at 1/3 of the price!"

"We choose this hotel because it was very near to Genève although it’s in france Near to public transportation Nice staff"

"The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even the cute owner’s dog was welcoming! I like the fact that the check in is relatively early, at 1:00 pm, and that there is free parking onsite. It’s a gated parking lot for the hotel customers. I didn’t know at first that you could just bring your car in front of the gate and the staff would open it for you. So I parked my car in a nearby lot temporarily. The nice lady at the front desk recommended I bring the car into the hotel parking lot right after check-in. I really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay there next time I’m in the area."
"Nothing. Everything was good for me."
"Highly recommend this very clean, friendly, and well located hotel in Annemasse. The rooms are large and serviced daily. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The 17 tram into Geneva is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The price per night is much less than staying in Geneva that is less than 20 minutes away by tram."

"near the TPG 17 tram stop, value for money, extreme cleanliness, value for money breakfast, kind staffs, daily room cleaning"
"the security around the neighbourhood could feel intimidating at times during night time but this is totally not the hotel's fault."
