"The host has a well appointed kitchen, a very spacious apartment, and an authentic ambience for the area."
"Not really a negative because most old apartments and buildings in Europe do not have lifts, but the place is not recommended for people with mobility problems and those who are unable to carry their bags up narrow staircases. PLease note also as the summer months are upon us, that there is no airconditioning in the apartment. We were ok with the windows open and the electric fan turned on."

"I was on a motorcycle trip in the area and this hotel is perfectly suited as a 'basecamp'. So it's not the Hilton? That's just perfect because that was not was I was looking for. Very, very friendly staff and great breakfast that gives you a good start before you go out riding."

"Great little find this, lovely, quiet, clean, well equipped house. We were met on arrival as agreed and shown around the property. Bonus was we were left a lovely bottle of Petit Chablis in the fridge, which was nice to receive on arrival. Enjoyed a wine tasting as this family have been producers in the region for over 300 years and into their 6th generation. Their wine is lovely too! Will definitely return."
