"the yellow blinds create a bit of a strange effect on the rooms- and really the bedroom at the front would benefit from a curtain as it was very light in the room very few options for dinner - absolutely fine with a car but may be more of an issue if you arrived late and didn’t want to drive any more!"

"For our purposes the location was fantastic and the facilities in the apartment were really good. Everything you need was there"

"Fantastic apartment, beautifully decorated with a lovely comfortable bed. we loved our time there, exploring the region and wish we could have stayed longer. Patisserie across the road, convenience store less than a minute’s walk, restaurants within easy walking distance and a great base for a driving tour of the entire Champagne region. Highly recommended!"

"My only issue is the water temperature in the shower does not exceed 38 degrees. I think it is common as it has happened in a few places we have stayed. But it does not change that the property was excellent."

"The apartment was very clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Everything appeared to be brand new. Cédric, the friendly owner, gave us information on local activities and even provided a bottle of Champagne. The kitchen had all it needed and was well stocked. We loved the location in the center of Ay in the center of Champagne country with two bakeries and some eateries right there. We highly recommend this comfortable place."

"Lovely little extras in the property. A welcome bottle, water, jams and local deli items. Very clean and comfy beds. Super convenient for a weekend in Champagne."

"The only thing that would have made it better was to have an outdoor space for an evening aperitif in the sun, but unfortunately the property does not lend itself to this. Which we knew in advance of course"
