"The apartment is beautifully decorated, appointed and maintained. Additionally it's central location was perfect for exploring Epernay. The owner is extremely cordial and helpful in providing tour options and suggestions."

"Beautiful property close to the Avenue de Champagne in the heart of Épernay. The building is lovely and newly renovated. It’s nice that it only has 4 units so if feels private. The owner was very lovely and helpful, attentive to our questions, random needs."

"Obviously the building is older and there may not be anything that can be done with sewage smells in the piping after days of rain, but it did leave some smells in the bottom unit studio that were not pleasant. The owner provided room scented spray after we told her about it though. Seemed to be a temporary help while we were there. The only other thing we would say was the interesting placement of plugs - obviously may be based on where wiring is located but the top floor loft apartment bathroom plugs were on the opposite side of the sink, and the bathroom with the toilet didn’t have a plug at all. From a cleaning perspective, we were asked to take all bottles down the street to a recycling unit, as well as trash down to the bins in the building. While it is close, we would have certainly been fine with a baked in cleaning fee for the service to take care of it. The other guests in the largest suite were the ones causing a raucous, which in the event they didn’t have women with them, could’ve been unpleasant and scary for a group of 6 women. They had made inappropriate unwelcome movement into our suite upstairs trying to see what it looked like while we were all there in house clothes, getting ready for bed, etc. (One of the young women snuck up to apologize after, but to the yelling of the men). Moving forward, if the directions to each of the units have a number that can be called in the event of an emergency, that probably would be helpful."

"We had a fantastic 2 day stay at the end of our trip to France. Pascale was a wonderful host - she met us with the keys upon arrival in Epernay. The property was immaculate, appropriately equipped for our needs, and centrally located off of the champagne mile. The air conditioning was a welcome relief in the evenings due to the high temperatures during our stay."

"We liked the location very much. The room was nice comfortable and clean. The owner was wound up a bit too much, rude and accused us of stealing. She was anxious and made us anxious. Too bad because it’s a nice place."

"Excellent location, hosts were very friendly and accommodating, had great restaurant suggestions and were very responsive. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen and living room and terrace to relax. The town is small and everything is within walking distance."
