"Everything is as in the pictures and the description. The location and value for the money is very good. We needed two bedrooms and we mostly hung out on the beach at Boulevard Jean Hibert and at Rue Saint-Antoine (Old town), which makes this an excellent location with little walking. It's also near the Farmer's market and just outside of the famous Rue Meynardier shopping street. There's a bar, a pharmacy and souvenirs downstairs. We couldn't ask for a better location. Also, very well equipped with anything I would wish for in a decent home. The air-condition is effective."

"Owner / Reception were kind and welcoming. Facilities are immaculate and stylish. Huge private terrace off our room (though the October weather didn't cooperate). Tea kettle in room. Fridge in room. Bed large and comfortable. 75m from the shuttle "navette" stop to the airport. Also right across the street from the railway station. Easy 10 min walk to/from Place St. Nicholas and ferry terminal."

"Great location, bakery across the street with multiple restaurants and historic sites within walking distance. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning and WIFI both worked well. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice to have the terrace to enjoy a glass of wine in fresh air and privacy. Modern shower with good water pressure. Entrance from the street was not smelly as noted in several reviews. The entrance area to reach the apartment was easily illuminated by switches on the wall. Host was most attentive replying to all inquiries promptly. He also arranged a cab for our departure on the last day. Would highly recommend this apartment!"
