"Amazing location, incredibly friendly host, cute apartment, felt very safe. Washing machine was a great plus and we had a ton of space. AC was also phenomenal and we even got homemade jam upon arrival!"

"The apartment building is very quiet at night. No street noise either. The unit is quite lovely, outfitted with everything you might need. The location is perfect for walking and discovering all the beautiful areas of Nice. Yves is quite communicative and easy to reach."

"We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!"

"So nice, clean and cozy apartment with all the amenities you may need. And the location is great! Very close to the main railway station Nice-Ville, easy and quick access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The host was amazing and always quick to respond that made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend the apartment and the host!"

"Everything was perfect and above expectations. The studio has more than you will need, exactly as described. It's near the city center and less than 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the host, Yves, was very kind and more than willing to help. We recommend it 100% if you plan to visit Nice."

"This place is actually an apartment, not a studio. It has a long hallway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All very well equipped with anything you might need. Wifi fast and stable, good for video calls. Owner really nice and easy communication."

"Only downside is no automatic check in, no box code and with keys inside, someone needs to let you in."
