"Très bel appartement à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Perpignan et une 10/15 minutes à pied du centre historique. L’appartement est grand, bien équipé, propre et avec une terrasse très agréable. Très bon accueil et contact avec Brigitte la propriétaire. Une bonne adresse je recommande !"

"We love everything about this apartment, very spacious, very beautiful, and kitchen is well equipped with coffee as well 🥰 Communication is superb, location is beautiful and walking distance to City Center - appx 10min walk. Also very reasonable rate - Thank you! Parking spot driveway is a bit too narrow, but you can find other free parking spots near the Cathedral or it is adjacent to a paid parking structure, definitely not a deal breaker. We definitely recommend this place and would love to be able to visit again. Thank you Aden and Chris."
