"Excellent location. Very nice flat. Facilities great."
"It was during a heatwave so windows open at night. This made it quite noisy - the dustbin van came around at 6am every morning. But overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. Short walk to the cathedral etc and also easy walk to the station."

"NO light in the area where key safe was situated, and additionally no light on the stairs leading to first floor, IMO quite unsafe and awkward at check-in any time of the day. Had expressed concern about smooth solo check-in late at night, advised to consider cancellation(if so bothered)this, at a point when no refund would be possible s fully paid for 60 days in advance, thank you. "En ouvrant la fenêtre tout j’ai vu que je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre entièrement côté bureau la tringle était basse ouvert un côté après l’autre pour fermer les volets et dans la salle de bain la prise de courant à côté du miroir ne fonctionnait pas pas pu me sécher les cheveux dans la salle de bain"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Clermont-Ferrand. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre et des transports, ce qui rend le quotidien vraiment pratique. Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible, respectueux et réactif. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage ici et recommandons vivement cet appartement à toute personne cherchant confort et tranquillité."

"Super appartement. Jolie déco. Très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied. Confortable et spacieux. On a utilisé les 3 couchages. Ma fille a très bien dormi dans le lit. Mon fils dans le canapé côté cuisine, un peu moins confortable mais pour 2 ou 3 nuits c'est correct. Et moi dans le canapé clic clac du salon, et j'ai très bien dormi. Et on a eu de la chance car aucun bruit des voisins malgré que nous étions le weekend."
