"The area is really beautiful, peaceful and lots of birds. The owner was really kind and helpful. Very good facilities for cooking comfortably and a barbecue. It was useful to have two bathrooms. It was a wonderful surprise to find a good sharp knife too, a rarity in most accommodation! It felt very private and secluded, yet when we asked the owner for some matches for the barbecue she was there in minutes! It was also really helpful to have a few pantry basics, especially after a few long flights to get here and a long drive from Paris."

"This was a lovely place to stay and every effort was made to make us and our little boy (18 months) feel welcome and at home. From the first day we were treated with care and when there were (minor) issues, these were responded to quickly and comprehensively. We wish we'd had the weather to enjoy the full offer of the property, but it was a great stay."
