"The location of this apartment was exceptional, in the old town, so close to the Promonade Anglais and the beach, so close to the flower market, so close to so many different restaurants. Also, the apartment was fully fitted out. Our host had included everything that we might need for our stay, from a washing machine to kettle, fridge and clothes line."

"Although it wasn't a problem for us, the spiral staircase was quite narrow and had to be negotiated carefully, and we didn't feel entirely comfortable standing on the perspex mezzanine floor. However none of this impacted on our stay or on our enjoyment of the property."

"The placement of the apartment is amazing ! We were right in the middle of everything & we came during fête de la musique. It was such a cool experience. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach & if you come by car the Saleya parking is right around the corner, so it was easy access to the car as well! (It’s about 25€/day to park here) So many restaurants nearby to eat from and lots of choices. Would definitely recommend."

"The only thing that gave us a difficult time was the wifi. It would go off frequently, but since we came for vacation and were out of the house most of the time it didn’t bother us too much. But it’s something to note if you work remotely."

"Very nice location. We were 3 girls, only 1 slept upstairs and 2 in the sofa bed downstairs. Didn’t want to do the stairs in the night. Plus I don’t trust the plexi glass upstairs. But apartment was definitely comfortable enough for us, location just perfect!"

"The location was exceptional as only 5 minutes from the sea and even though in the old town were the streets get really busy, the windows are very well insulated and there was no noice from the outside"

"Air conditioning in the middle of the summer was great. Apartment is very centrally located but the noise doesn't reach the apartment at all. Everything in the apartment was clean and tidy. We left behind some clothes and Antoine contacted us immediately and let us come back to pick them up after checkout. Thank you Antoine!"

"Perfect location , very central and close to the sea,the little Coffee Capsule Maschine in the kitchen was a bonus. And they even hat umbrellas and mats to take to the sea."
