"Perfect little studio for a couple, just quick walk from city centre. Location is amazing, so is the view from the balcony. Owner is super friendly and helps a lot with little tips and tricks to enjoy the city a lot more. Parking is secure, behind the fence. We had a wonderful time!"

"Everything was perfect, the caretakers were most accomodating and helpful in every regard, from helping with the questions about the city to extending their hand and helping out with more serious things. The police station is 2 minutes away on foot so it's a very secure location too. If it's your first time travelling to Cannes you will not regret choosing Eden Residence because if you ever need help, they will jump in to help you."

"Location was great. 5-10 minute walk into central Cannes esplanade as per directions from Suzanne. Perfect quiet location with very little neighbourhood disruption. Suzanne was an excellent host, super attentive, gave great recommendations and ensured we were comfortable at all times. Property had all expected amenities and was comfortable as expected. Would recommend!"
