"The walls are not sound proof, I could hear my neighbor really late at night. The beds were not made, everything was there but it sort of took away the feeling of having a hotel. The neighborhood was loud, people made a lot of noise and I had to keep my windows opened because it was hot and I had no air conditioning."

Very central and all major cultural sites are easily accessible by metro as Glaciere, Saint-Jaques, and Denfert-Rochereau stations are within walking distance with Denfert-Rochereau having a direct route between the CDG airport and the city center. The price was good, rooms exceptionally clean and staff helpful."
"I like the open floor concept of the public lounge and workspaces, but because they are in the lobby, it can be quite noisy or disorganized to work in when there are large student groups visiting."

"Villa Fabrégas is a wonderful place to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. Situated halfway up a hill it offers a spectacular view of the beach at the foot of the hill (Plage de Fabrégas) as well as the next beach over (Plages des Sablettes). We walked up and down the hill several times during the course of our stay and we can comfortablysay that Villa Fabrégas has the best views. Our room was small but comfortable, with aircon and a small fridge and a relatively large bathroom with a pleasant shower. There is a wonderful swimming pool area, if you don't feel like walking the ten minutes down the hill to the beach. The hosts are very accommodating, always ready for a chat and full of useful information and advice regarding restaurants and things to do in the area. Breakfast is simple but wonderful. Also, there are two cats and two turtles! What more does one need?"

"Location -- in the old city very near the cathedral -- was excellent. Small but attractive courtyard overlooking handsome old building. The apartment itself was a matter of new facilities in an old space. Small grocery stores, adequate for our purposes, nearby. An abundance of restaurants. Hope to return for a longer stay. The landlord was exceptionally helpful and agreeable. Arranged for our transport to the train station during a big storm, when no taxi was obtainable."
