"Very cozy and ideally located just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The metro and local markets are close by, which makes it easy to get around and enjoy Paris like a local. Many of the city’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the neighborhood has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and a nice evening vibe."

"The apartment entrance foyer is under renovation and felt a bit like walking into a sketchy place. Also, the kitchen didn’t have enough utensils, which made cooking a bit inconvenient."

"We have stayed in this apartment while visiting Paris. The location is great, Eiffel Tower within 15minutes walk - and we had 2 small kids with us. Bulding is not in best shape, but apartmant was great and had everything what we needed. Only minus - we had some small issues with lock, it was bit difficult to lock it. Host was really helpfull, we had 2 small request, which were handled immediately. I would highly recommend this place for Paris visit."

"First of all, the location was very good. It was very easy to get to the main tourist attractions in Paris. Additionally, the accommodation was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it convenient for families to stay. Lastly, the owner of the accommodation was also very friendly."

"I think the accommodation fee is expensive. However, considering the average accommodation price in Paris and the location of the accommodation, I think it is worth it."

"Lobby going through renovations and was quite dusty. A/C does not work but it was tolerable temperature inside for us Australians compared to the 35 degree outside temperature but some extra fans could help for the summer."
