"Lage sehr gut, sehr ruhig, sehr nah an Geschäften ( kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Friseur, Apotheke…), an eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Markthalle und am Strand von Royan. Zu Fuss schnell in der Stadt, Hafen und Front de Mer. Wirtin sehr nett und hilfsbereit, leicht erreichbar, da ein paar Häuser weiter wohnend. Schöne Spaziergänge der Küste entlang und in Villenviertel, sowie Besichtigung von Royan der 50er Jahren ( Denkmalgeschützt)und des Leuchtturm Cordouan (UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe). Nähe zu den Inseln Oléron und Ré, sowie zu den Städten Rochefort und La Rochelle."

"Une jolie maison au calme, avec tout l' équipement nécessaire pour accueillir une famille et des petites attentions pour les enfants (mentions spéciales pour les jouets bébé et la cape de bain pompier !). La maison est située à quelques mètres de la plage en empruntant de petites allées ombragées. Enfin, la propriétaire se montre disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions pratiques. Je recommande !"

"The pool was amazing (it’s massive and very pretty). And the plants in the garden are beautiful. The house is full of interesting, old character (which we loved). Yet still has modern amenities ie shower, Wi-Fi etc. We loved our stay."

"We liked the location, the living space, the bedroom, the bathroom and separate toilet, it was all a good size and clean. Of course the view is fabulous, plus overlooking Alexandre Park makes it a lovely and very convenient to the city. There are also a few shops nearby and a good small supermarket 5 minutes walk away."
"What a fabulous apartment! I would love to live here! The main bedroom is huge, with the bathroom as an ensuite. The toilet is off the hallway. The second room has bunkbeds and a children's desk and bench. The kitchen is very well equipped. The lounge has a dining table with seating, TV and sofa. The view out to the Basilique is wonderful, especially when it is lit up at night. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Communication with Ludivine was really good and very responsive. Parking is on street and free. The apartment is in the heart of the old town, and it was great to take a stroll in the evening, visiting the basilique, walking round the remparts etc. We stayed by the marina last time we were in Boulogne-sur-Mer and thought it fairly unremarkable. This stay changed our perspective and we would love to stay again in the future!"
