"The hotel staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond during our stay. The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty to choose from. The kitchen making us late night sandwiches after we returned home from a wedding was great. Sunday we were hanging around and the chef made the 10 of us an unbelievable meal for lunch. Generous portions, great local dishes and the flavor was delicious."

"Lovely place, with excellent service. Rooms are spacious and clean. The owner cooked a great meal for us! Because of a roadside accident we were hours delayed but they waited for us and it was a really warm welcome. Breakfast also great."

"Lovely Staff in the Restaurant, were accommodating for vegetarians, food was excellent, had a lovely wine selection by the glass, the Chef chatted and was very as were all the staff. Which added to a wonderful evening in their garden restaurant."

"It’s very cute and homie the rooms are spacious clean bathrooms are comfortable and new . All the staff is so amazing very happy friendly and helpful. As we arrived late we requested a bottle of wine and some cheese. They put it cooled and with fresh bread in the room. Loved it here would definitely come back."

"Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The airconditioning was put on before we arrived so the room was a nice temperature. Dinner was amazing, filet de boeuf was perfect; and most important; babyfone had reach from the room so we could have dinner with the children in bed. Exactly half way to south of France with only 15 min detour from route du soleil so great halfway stop."

"Very friendly and supportive staff . Large comfortable bed and amazing amount of free parking in front . Short 10 - 15 min walk to the center many restaurants, pubs and cafes ,shopping. Much longer walk 20-30 min to the aquarium/submarine/ titanic experience museum on the opposite side of the port"

"Fantastic find in Bagnoles and extremely good value for money . Staff polite and helpful- everything clean and in a very good position. The bonus for us was a car park and because we have an EV a charger literally 2 minutes away. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant with good quality food and lovely staff. Breakfast was also very good with a lovely little breakfast room. All in all a delightful experience."

"Hotel and restaurant clean and bright. Bedroom comfortable, reasonably spacious and nicely styled. Excellent bathtub. In-room toiletries included a luxurious body lotion not offered at other hotels with similar price points. The dining room is sunny and spacious, with beautiful picture windows opening onto a large outdoor courtyard. Breakfast was very good, with many fresh, delicious choices, including treats like chia pudding and slices of cake or fruit tart. All staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The steam room was impeccable, adorned with sparkly blue tiles. (Suggestion: one of the two hot tubs could be used for a cold plunge, which would add to the spa's amenities.) Convenient location between lake and town. Glorious views. Would gladly stay again."
