"The staff were really nice, professional, and helpful. They had everything covered. Despite the Tour de France taking place, the location was just far enough at the end of the hoopla that it remained fairly quiet. Yet, you were just a few minutes walk away from everything. I really liked my room's balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare into Morzine. It provided a great place to relax as the temps cooled down. I'm not a skier but I would definitely go back there just to hang out in the area in the fall - before it begins to snow."

"There's nothing that could have been done about the outside noise and heat that wouldn't involve structural changes to the hotel. Finding anything in Morzine with air conditioning is a stretch. So, there's really nothing to complain about."

"Great location, easy walk to the two main lifts (Super Morzine for Avoriaz and Pleney for Morzine and Les Gets) and into town, literally 1 minute for dinner and shopping etc. Large free car park if you are driving with easy access from parking to rooms and boot room etc. Breakfast very good, quite a selection and always well presented. Friendly staff, always eager to help."

"Things to improve would be the Wifi, perfectly good when working, but mildly complicated to get online with the codes etc. The hotel rooms are quite warm at night and so if you open the outside door to the balcony, being on the main road, it can be noisy, especially if it's snowing and the ploughs are out. Although it says there is a bar, there isn't really and so the social side of the hotel is limited to breakfast really."

"Second time stay at the Igloo. The hotel has a very nice feel to it, very well managed and in a great location. The facilities are very good and well looked after. It is a welcoming place after a hard days skiing."
