"Location was perfect. Very central. Stunning views across the river. Room was basic, clean, bathrooms were also clean and well maintained."

"Best view of the Sanctuary from the room window. We also had connecting twin rooms, with separate T&B. It is very close to the souvenir shops and the Sanctuary. Walking distance from the train station, but if you have luggages, might as well get a cab for convenience. We were also able to leave our luggage on check-out day."

"Late check-in, there was a large group of pilgrims leaving/arriving on the day we were there (October 15). Only one elevator, so had to wait awhile to use it for our luggage. We used the stairs more often."

"The location was excellent. Very convenient to walk to the Shrine. Had to pay for Continental Breakfast. It was good. There was a bar open till late night, although I did not make use of it. The staff was very helpful."

"Lourdes is a pilgrimage town and you do not go there looking for luxury. La Source is an old hotel, but has all one needs to be comfortable. It is also very near the grotto and the basilica."

"The hotel was so good I actually decided to spend an extra night there. The staff is incredibly helpful, so kind and always smiling, polite, ready to help with any piece of advice. Comfortable beds, great views, clean, perfect location! When I go back to Lourdes, I will definitely stay at this hotel again, strongly recommended!"
